Sea Salt Solutions is proudly owned and operated by Joey Russell, a licensed Grade 4 Septic Installer. With the expertise to inspect, pump, repair, and service all types of septic systems, Joey brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge and precision to every job. Before founding Sea Salt Solutions, he served as a Nuclear Mechanical Inspector at the Norfolk Navy Shipyard for 12 years—experience that fuels his commitment to quality and attention to detail.
